Registration will open on or before October 1st. The fees below are listed in USD. Fees will be processed in USD.

All Author Full Conference Registration fees listed below include Workshops & Tutorials, Admission for (1) to the Conference Gala Dinner, and Admission for (1) to the Welcome Reception.

Discounted Life Member and Student Registration Fees do NOT cover Paper Publication. If your paper will be covered by another Author Full Conference Registration, you may select “Conference Only Registration” to pay the Life Member or Student discounted rate.

Please Note: Authors facing unexpected or unavoidable circumstances may request an online presentation, which the Steering Committee will review on a case-by-case basis. Please contact the Conference Manager as soon as possible for further review.

AUTHOR REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if the registration payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed by November 1, 2026, no exceptions. One author who has paid the FULL NON-STUDENT “IEEE Member” or “Non-Member” registration fee may present up to one paper provided that the author is registered AND attends the Conference to present his/her paper. If you are an author of 2 papers, you must add the “Extra Paper Fee” to cover the cost of publication for the second paper.

Student registration fees cannot be used for the publication of an accepted paper. If the author registering to cover the paper publication is a student, he/she has to pay the appropriate member or non-member fee. Members to whom the society bylaws grant special discounts (e.g., Life members of the IEEE) cannot use the discounted rates to cover the publication of an accepted paper: they have to pay the member fee. In the case no registration has been received and correctly processed to cover the paper publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.

BANK TRANSFERS

If you are paying by credit card, please register directly online through the registration portal. If you will be paying via wire transfer (non-refundable), please fill out the online registration form and select pay by bank transfer. You will then be sent an invoice to submit your payment.

Only IEEE Member or Non-member fees are allowed to cover the publication of an accepted paper. To qualify for member rates, the membership number must be provided in the registration form. Student fees cannot be used to guarantee the publication of an accepted paper. If the only author registering to cover the paper publication is a student, he has to pay the appropriate Member or Non-member fee. Members to whom the society bylaws grant special discounts (e.g., Students, Life members of the IEEE) cannot use the discounted rates to cover the publication of an accepted paper, they have to pay the Member fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All refund/cancellation requests must be received by November 1, 2026.

PHOTOGRAPHY

Attendance at, or participation in, this conference constitutes consent to the use and distribution by IEEE of the attendee’s image or voice for informational, publicity, promotional and/or reporting purposes in print or electronic communications media. No flash photography to be used in any technical session. Video recording by participants and other attendees during any portion of the conference is not allowed without special prior written permission of IEEE. Please contact Jordan Richards, the TALE 2026 conference manager, if you would like to request permission to video record during IEEE TALE 2026. Photographs of copyrighted PowerPoint or other slides are for personal use only and are not to be reproduced or distributed. Do not photograph any such images that are labeled as confidential and/or proprietary.
